Orders and shipping

When will my order ship? Orders are processed quickly. You will get a confirmation and tracking as soon as it is on the way.

Where do you ship? Australia only for now. See our Shipping page for rates and timeframes.

Sizing and fit

How do MIVA pieces fit? Our tees and outerwear are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit. If you prefer a closer fit, size down.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange? Yes. Unworn items with tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. See our Returns page for details.

Payments

What can I pay with? Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus Afterpay and Zip so you can pay in four. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
