Shipping policy

Everything you need to know about how and when your MIVA order gets to you.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Australian Shipping

Standard Shipping - $10.95 (7-10 business days)
Express Shipping - $14.95 (1-3 business days)
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and can vary for regional and remote areas.

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries at a flat rate of $20.00. Delivery timeframes vary by destination.

Any customs duties, import taxes or charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll get an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at Admin@mivaclothing.com.au.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. MIVA isn't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, get in touch and we'll help track it down.
